There will be no quick relief from winter for the eastern portion of the continent if the predictions of a trio of groundhogs are correct. Ontario's Wiarton Willie, Nova Scotia's Shubenacadie Sam and Punxsutawney Phil in Pennsylvania all saw their shadows this morning. According to Groundhog Day lore, that means six more weeks of winter. Alberta's Balzac Billy was the only one who didn't see his shadow and that mean's spring it right around thew corner in the west.
