Momentum! This is one word that perfectly captures the nature of this prolific singer-songwriter's career. Within 8 months of graduating from Grant MacEwan's Music Program, Ann Vriend was recording at Sony Studio's in NYC. Since then she has released a series of critically acclaimed albums and most recently the "Clandestine EP." Ann possesses an exceptional gift to combine clever lyrics with intricate melodies and it's no wonder that after establishing her fan base here in Edmonton and the rest of Canada, she is being well-received as far as Melbourne, Paris and New York. With abounding talent, it seems the sky is the limit for this young Edmonton artist.
